Botox is a safe effective treatment to reduce excessive sweating of the underarms, hands and feet. Botox is injected with a tiny needle directly into the affected area by Dr. O’Neill. Botox blocks the release of a chemical signal in the sweat glands. Expect improvement in several days to 2 weeks, with the benefit lasting for months.

Most patients experience at least an 80% reduction in sweating for about 6 months. Botox treatment may be safely repeated after that to maintain control of sweating. As certified injector, Dr. O’Neill can adjust individual doses. Our patients report a high degree of satisfaction with the results, and frequently comment that this treatment changed their lives.
